Terms and Conditions

 

1. Ordering

  • Orders may be placed in person, by phone, or through our website/app.
     
  • Please review your order carefully before confirming. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled once preparation has begun.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or unavailable items).
     

2. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice.
     
  • We accept [cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments].
     
  • Sales tax and applicable fees will be added at checkout.
     
  • Online or phone orders must be fully paid before pickup or delivery.


  • All orders placed through online after hours or before will be worked on in the next opening hours.


 

3. Pickup and Delivery

  • Please present your order receipt at pick up for your order.


  • All orders will be worked on in the order it was received.


  • Estimated preparation and delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary depending on volume, traffic, and weather conditions.
     
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
     
  • Once an order is picked up or delivered, it is considered accepted by the customer.
     

4. Refunds and Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of food, returns are not accepted.
     
  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, missing item, quality concern), please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order.
     
  • We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Proof of purchase (receipt) and photos of the issue may be required.
     
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
     

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

  • Please inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
     
  • We make every effort to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens due to shared cooking equipment.
     

6. Food Safety

  • We follow strict hygiene and food safety standards.
     
  • Please refrigerate or consume your order promptly. We are not responsible for food spoilage once the order leaves our premises.
     

7. Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
     
  • Discounts are valid only during the promotional period and may be withdrawn at any time.
     

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHOW'S WOK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
     

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting at our restaurant or on our website.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund and exchanges:

  • No Returns for Change of Mind:
    Once food has been prepared or picked up or delivered, you generally can’t return it just because you don’t like it or changed your mind.
     
  • Quality or Order Issues:
    If there’s a problem (e.g. wrong dish, missing items, undercooked food, or food safety concerns), refund or replacement will be made.
  • Time Frame:
    You usually need to report the issue immediately (within an hour or so of pickup/delivery). Waiting until the next day might void your chance of a refund.
     

Proof Required:
 

  • Keep your receipt.
     
  • Take photos if something looks wrong or unsafe.
     
  • Must have original container if you bring food back for a replacement.
     
  • Delivery Apps (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.):
    If you ordered through an app, refunds and complaints usually go through the app’s customer service, not the restaurant directly.
